We need BETTER THINKERS !! for INDIA'S prospective future.......

(pls don't take it personally, it is just an article, you can share with others to know what they think)

Since we are all Engineers & most of us are programmers, from that perspective in mind, think of the following situation and make a judgement !!

Imagine that , it is an wonderful application that you have been using or working with since a long while. It is a nice GUI at the front-end and has a complex coded-program at the back-end. You only know it from the front side, but never have any knowledge on the background behavior of the code.

All of a sudden, since one day the application console down-performs. You feel that, it couldn't suit to your new demands or for the new requirement.

What you gonna do at such a point of time ???????? (The answer determines our Nature & Character !!)

a) You gonna throw the application, stop using it, buy a new one / get it from some one and start using it as per your requirement.

- In doing this, your problem gets solved temporarily - no doubt. But, how much can you be assured of its performance in the long-run ? And you are going to advice everyone to stop using the old app and switch on to the newer one. Aren't you making the process more complicated again ? and stop valuing the worth of the application that you were using it earlier ??

b) We always have the testing team to decide and tell whether the application is suitable for the next demands or not ? Don't we have a testing process in place ? Don't we test it under different circumstances to judge and merit its performance ? or Do you only conclude the result of app and dictate others, based on one-time observation at just one platform ?

- However, the testing team are not only there to say it is a failure. They shall be/ need to be more capable of identifying where exactly the application fails. If it is seen deeply, getting back to the background i.e code at the back-end, just a small modification in it could have made all the difference in its performance to match up to the required level.

Don't you think it is true ?? Now, apply these thoughts into Real Scenarios of Life. Hope the subject gets its answer in a hidden manner although it is directly not made visible. Such situations may have happened in our Life where we may have taken the inappropriate decisions because of error in judgement or lack of complete information and knowledge of the situation. Am i not making some sense here ??

Now my bet is on - no doubt, everyone thinks well. But if thoughts are applied in right direction from everyone, it definitely helps and brings in Growth. However, all of a sudden, there cannot be rapid Indian Growth, it can be seen more individualistic, then broadening and widening can only make it better for India. This is my honest opinion. It is an attempt in trying to understand the minds of people how they react when they come across such situations and then gauage their minds.

Understanding the relation of an application behaviour with the country's growth seems extremely irrelevant. But, we cannot deny the fact that, every small action has its own consequence, sometimes more bigger than what can be guessed. There is a saying, "The flapping of a butterfly's wings at Singapore can set off a Tornado in Texas".

I ONLY FEEL 50% OF WORLDLY PROBLEMS CAN BE SOLVED JUST IF 50% OF THE WORLD POPULATION CAN THINK BETTER !!

THE PRINCIPLE OF TRUTH IN REALITY - Sayings from

Sri BrahmaChaitanya Maharaj, Gondavalekar, Satara Dist., Maharashtra.

The God who lives in the heart of mankind is like a Knowledge source. When he forgets about God, he shall be losing his peace of mind. Then on, he develops ignorance from within himself because of which he looks out for the outer world in search for it. Due to this, an illusion gets created in his mind that “I am lacking something or I am having something less compared to others, due to which he is never satisfied. What I am lacking in is something which I can get it in the outer world. If I get all those things which I desire for, I can definitely achieve satisfaction. I can fill my emptiness in making the things and persons I see of the outer world as mine. I only shall be putting in efforts in order to make it happen. I can satisfy my senses once I get everything of my wish and start enjoying them”.

This illusion is quite opposite to that of the realistic nature. Materialistic living is a perception where in all the people and things look incomplete. Even after getting things of his desire, the happiness doesn't last long nor does it prevail to continue. After a while, he feels himself being incomplete again. It can be understood that, the materialistic things whatever one gets in how-much-ever amount, complete satisfaction cannot be attained. Apart from this, his mind shall be bound and controlled under environmental circumstances. Hence only, he cannot even whole-heartedly enjoy the things that he already possess to the fullest. The ignorance grown upon on a person has more than a minimum effect on him in continuing his thirst in direction of the materialistic lifestyle despite being conscious of its temporary existence. Forgetting God only makes the person believe the outer world as more truthful than the existence of God himself. So, the stronger the belief on outer world than God makes stronger his mind to sustain it and makes him conscious of the world he sees and lives in. This makes his mind diverted in the direction of materialistic things, people and situations around him. Since, the materialistic world itself is likely to continue in a state of never being satisfied, so is he even more likely to get disturbed and diverted.

Saints feel pity on on the man when they see the way how he gets cheated in life. They tell from their experience that, satisfaction lies within i.e from within the heart where God resides. Without being able to see or experience him from within, satisfaction cannot be achieved. In order to find him, one should look inside and not anywhere outside. To feel his presence within us, there is no better way than being connected to God. HIS continuous remembrance is the only way to experience being connected to God. In HIS  remembrance, the power of mind can focus towards his inner conscience. Hence it becomes more and more concentrated and through this energy he reaches God inside his heart. Whatever satisfaction that was once lost because of forgetting God can be achieved back with HIS remembrance again. The mind has the ability to keep in memory of things and people. The amount of time such things and people remain in memory depends on their values which they have brought into his life. He gives more importance to the things which and the people whom he feel have more value in his life. The values are nothing but the fragrance of satisfaction derived from such things and people.

 It is being said that, every life on earth is a part of God. To feel and experience the sastifaction in presence of God shall be the basic right of every man. To make this happen, it is necessary that a man gives his utmost value to God. When he feels God as being valued at his highest precedene over others, HIS remembrance shall happen quite naturally. This is achieved when HIS remembrance becomes continuous and constant. The result of this can be seen as "being connected to God" both in his inner and outer worlds. This is addressed as "Bhagavad-Anusandhana". There is only secret for achieving all these, which is "remembrance of God in all states of existance and every aspect of life", called as "Namasmarana".

Unreasonable Change for a Unreasonable Growth ??

If we can recollect past things within us (inside memory), isn't there a way to bring it out or make it vizualize out?

Often it happens that the things which aren't recorded becomes unnoticed and the information shall be lost and harldly can be retrieved later. However, for a short span of time, the happenings which we face or see through shall persist in our memories for some span of time, depending on how strong/effective is the happened incident.

If at all, we can bring/recall those incidents within our memories, why can't there be something which can make it happen to bring them out and to showcase it to everyone? Hope the statements i have made are well understandable !! for it can be a solution to solve problems or conflicts that remain unresolved over a period of time.

I love Sports. You know why? A person who is good at sports shall always be
good in life. In sports, there is equal possibility of losing and winning. A
successful person needs to have achieved the mindset of taking losses and wins
in a sportive way. I mean even in losing, one should see some positives and try
to eliminate the causes due to which it was lost. Hence, by developing this
mindset early on, one can grow to higher levels and this spirit takes him
forward in his Career, be it in Sports or in Life.

been an end to imagination. Hence hardwork leads to success,
for sure. No tree can be grown in a day, but everyday you take care of it so
that it grows bigger and better in front of you. This is what sport teaches you

He asks one of his new students to stand and.....

Prof: So you believe in God?
Student: Absolutely, sir.

Prof: Is God good?
Student: Sure.

Prof: Is God all-powerful?
Student: Yes.

Prof: My brother died of cancer even though he prayed to God to heal him.
Most of us would attempt to help others who are ill. But God didn't. How is this God good then? Hmm?

(Student is silent.)

Prof: You can't answer, can you? Let's start again, young fella. Is God good?
Student: Yes.

Prof: Is Satan good?
Student: No.

Prof:Where does Satan come from?
Student: From...God...

Prof: That's right. Tell me son, is there evil in this world?
Student: Yes.

Prof: Evil is everywhere, isn't it? And God did make everything. Correct?
Student: Yes.

Prof: So who created evil?

(Student does not answer.)

Prof: Is there sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness? All these terrible things exist in the world, don't they?
Student: Yes, sir.

Prof: So, who created them?

(Student has no answer.)

Prof: Science says you have 5 senses you use to identify and observe the world around you.

Tell me, son...Have you ever seen God?
Student: No, sir.

Prof: Tell us if you have ever heard your God?
Student: No, sir.

Prof: Have you ever felt your God, tasted your God, smelt your God? Have you ever had any sensory perception of God for that matter?
Student: No, sir. I'm afraid I haven't.

Prof: Yet you still believe in Him?
Student: Yes.

Prof: According to empirical, testable, demonstrable protocol, science says your GOD doesn't exist.

What do you say to that, son?
Student: Nothing. I only have my faith.
Prof: Yes. Faith. And that is the problem science has.

Student: Professor, is there such a thing as heat?
Prof: Yes.

Student: And is there such a thing as cold?
Prof: Yes.
Student: No sir. There isn't.

(The lecture theatre becomes very quiet with this turn of events.)

Student: Sir, you can have lots of heat, even more heat, superheat, mega heat, white heat, a little heat or no heat.

But we don't have anything called cold. We can hit 458 degrees below zero which is no heat, but we can't go any further after that.

There is no such thing as cold. Cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat is energy .
Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of it .

(There is pin-drop silence in the lecture theatre.)

Student: What about darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as darkness?
Prof: Yes. What is night if there isn't darkness?

Student: You're wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, bright light, flashing light....But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and it's called darkness, isn't it?

In reality, darkness isn't. If it were you would be able to make darkness darker, wouldn't you?

Prof: So what is the point you are making, young man?
Student: Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.
Prof: Flawed? Can you explain how?

Student: Sir, you are working on the premise of duality. You argue there is life and then there is death, a good God and a bad God. You are viewing the concept of God as something finite, something we can measure.

Sir, science can't even explain a thought. It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one.To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist as a substantive thing. Death is not the opposite of life: just the absence of it.

Now tell me, Professor.Do you teach your students that they evolved from a monkey?
Prof: If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of course, I do.

Student: Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?

(The Professor shakes his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the argument is going.)

Student: Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavor, are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you not a scientist but a preacher?
(The class is in uproar.)

Student: Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the Professor's brain?

(The class breaks out into laughter.)

Student: Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor's brain, felt it, touched or smelt it? No one appears to have done so. So, according to the established rules of empirical, stable, demonstrable protocol, science says that you have no brain,sir.

With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust your lectures, sir?

(The room is silent. The professor stares at the student, his face unfathomable.)

Prof: I guess you'll have to take them on faith, son.

Student: That is it sir... The link between man & god is FAITH .
That is all that keeps things moving & alive.

The holy name of Lord Raam is the only and only one way available for those who wish to rise to highest spiritual position. Aimless worship of lord Shri Raam without any ego and enchanting his name helps to gain freedom from this materialistic world.

The reliability of life is reducing; hence one should continuously exert to get quickly satisfy his sole. Accompanying sage (saint) is called ‘Sat-Sang’ in Marathi, is the greatest way to achieve our spiritual aims. Many lives could cross the materialistic world by just accompanying the sage. In the company of saints a person keeps on hearing about happiness, satisfaction, humanity and mercy etc. due to which evil things like anger, ego, greed etc. diminish. This is a real importance of ‘Sat-Sang’. In ‘Sat-Sang’ various stories of God and his holy name is discussed; those who stay in company of a sage keeps on hearing the same, due to this his sole easily intermingles with the Almighty.

Materialistic nature of life causes to limitations, whereas attention to GOD leads to freedom i.e. “MokshPrapti”. To avoid nature becoming materialistic one should keep enchanting name of Lord Raam, while walking, seating, coming, going and even while sleeping. One should not allow his mind to deviate from Name.

One should sincerely urge Lord Raam, “Oh Lord, when you will release me from these pains, when I will gain freedom? When I will be able to physically see you? Without seeing you I feel breathless. Oh Lord, nobody is evil like me in this world. But when you will pull me out off this painful universe. Now I do not have any expectation, I only want to garland myself to your feet. Let my hands worship you, let my ears hear your holy name, Oh Lord I do have knowledge, please enter in my heart and give me love about yourself. I do not have any support; you are the only one, who is my mother, father and friend. Oh Lord Raam please save me”. After such prayer the person should completely surrender himself to GOD. On one hand person should not practice bad things on the other he should not feel bad when people abuse him. Also one should not even feel exited by the good comments of people.

It must be remembered that wife, children, house, land and other property all are uncertain, only GOD is true and certain. By this feeling only one should spare entire time in remembering Lord Raam.

Reading maketh a full man: My 1st essay article after entering job !!

 "I love reading but hardly have I found time to read". This is quite a common remark I used to hear from many of my friends. The same did apply to me sometimes.

What do you mean by "My mind is not working now" as everyone say?

It   doesn't   mean   that   their   minds   have   stopped   working   temporarily   for   that   moment,   but   it’s   their unwillingness   to   seek   through   a   layer   covering   their   entry   into   the   minds,   the   layer   being   created   by themselves because of any strange things happening which most of the times being unexpected.

But life is always about missing the expected things and seeing the unexpected things. To deal with this effectively, is something what you learn through your experience. The key essential to make uncertain things happen the way you want is READING.

Through reading, you acquire knowledge and that's the biggest asset one can get. This asset is capable enough to accumulate itself on sharing with others rather than getting reduced.

What you read always has an impact on the way you handle your life, provided you are not merely reading for sake of fun. It’s not just reading alone that makes changes in you, but the way you convert those thoughts derived out of reading into actions, that makes all the difference.

Problems that cannot be solved over several fights can be easily solved easily by few wise words. Your mind is your weapon but you need to keep it sharp always to as to use it anytime. As you polish and sharpen your weapons, so should you upgrade your knowledge to keep your mind fit, active and ready to use. The only way of  doing this, is through reading and learning. Reading and learning should go hand-in-hand, to maintain a cordial relationship.

Reading gives you intelligence, gives you company when you are alone, teaches you important and necessary things in life, gives you happiness through wise stories, encourages you when you hesitate doing something new, motivates you when you fail, supports you morally, eliminates fear, brings in new relations, gives you ideas to start new things, shares experiences of great persons when you face problems, strengthens you when you are weak, provokes you when you go idle or become lazy, gives logistical and analytical view of things happening in and around you, gives you statistical facts and figures of life, gives you control over your emotions, most importantly makes you flexible enough to understand and accept losses the same way you accept wins.

ALL IN ALL, IN ONE LINE, IT EXCERCISES YOUR MIND, AND GIVES YOUR IDLE BRAIN ENOUGH WORK TO DO. I CAN SAY, A BOOK IS YOUR BEST FRIEND IN LIFE AND READING IS A GREAT PASSION.

It makes you master whom others tend to follow rather you being a follower of someone else. By using the term MASTER, I mean one who acquires control over the mind and doesn't let the mind have control over him.

But all you need is HARD WORK and there is no substitute for hard work to succeed. However, not necessarily hard   work   can   do   you   all   the   things,   where   in   role   of   SMART   WORK   is   essential   to   possess   for   all complementary things that are not possible by hard work alone.

But be wise in choosing what you read and how you read and that should be based on your essentials in life and the things which you are missing in LIFE shall definitely come back to you, if you follow the techniques of reading. Bet you, "READING DOES MAKETH A COMPLETE MAN".

This is what my organization believes and i do believe the same.
Hence its pleasure telling, my place of work is like my Home.
 
KNOWLEDGE is Power.
So i like it very much, also because of the fact that no body can steal it.
If you give it to others, then it won't decrease but only shall increase.
 
MONEY is not everything, but for everything Money is important.
Money alone cannot give you happiness, but it alone can give you all sorts of troubles.
It doesn't mean that money shouldn't be valued but everything has its own pride and shouldn't be misused.
 
TIME is the most crucial thing that determines your Path in the Roadmap of Life.
Respect Time and Time shall also respect you.
Time and Tide waits for None.
 
MIND is the most powerful weapon on earth.
So first learn how to use it, then apply it.
"A Sound Mind requires a healthy body".
 
ENERGY is non-renewable, once lost cannot be gained back, but only transformable, hence choose it properly.
Conserve your energy and don't damage it.
Save Energy, Save Time.
 
FOOD is essential for proper functioning of body.
Water is essential for proper functioning of Mind.
Don't waste both, as there is a saying that, "Water Water Everywhere, not a drop to Drink".
 
SLEEP is of paramount importance while considering REST.
Improper Sleep disturbs your mind as your daily routine is changed.
Sleep properly, not too much but a peaceful sleep is all that is necessary.
 
DREAMS are essential as it improves our imagination and helps creative thinking as well.
Dreaming is not wrong, but always Dare to Dream Big!
But its a challenge for you to bring dreams into Reality.
 
GOALS are the routes for your Life.
A Guide can lead you in the right direction, however Trust is important.
Its only fixing the Timelines that makes the difference between a Goal and a Dream.
 
WORK is Worship.
Key is, the work should not be done forcefully, but out of own interest and whole-heartedly.
Enjoy the work you do and then only you can feel comfortable.
 
ENTERTAINMENT is a mandatory requirement for a Common Man, unless considered apart.
So, have a form of Relaxation activity everyday, but never lose Focus.
Entertainment is not everthing, but without that there is Nothing.
 
HELP ever, Hurt Never.
By this, you will gain lots of Friends and lose Enemies.
Be Selfish, iff, the Selfishness harms none and indeed helps atleast few.

HOPE is the only thing on which the entire Earth is standing alive.
You never know what happens tomorrow, but you'll plan every nite for the next day atleast and then only sleep.
Never Giveup and that's ATTITUDE.
